I had a water leak in my kitchen that caused water damage underneath the cabinet, hardwood floors, and the ceiling in my basement. Although the damages were covered by my insurance company, I was given the option of going with another restoration company. The first company took advantage of my ignorance by charging above market process for mold mitigation. I had to come out of pocket 6k with the other company, and they put a lien on my home while I was fighting and researching market pricing with my insurance company. The meridian contents staff was polite, professional, kind understanding and patient during a very trying time and I will always be very grateful to them. They treated my contents as if they were their own contents. After they removed my contents for the floor replacement, they brought all my contents back during a rainy, cold stormy day, but they were still very professional and got the job done!
