Meridian

They never show up on trash day which is supposed to be on Wednesdays in this neighborhood. There can be many times where they don’t come for three weeks and maybe pick up once a month and they will not compensate you at all nor will they return your phone calls. Worst company that has ever been in this neighborhood. Whispering Village in Winfield definitely needs a new trash company because this one is pathetic and completely unprofessional.

Meridian waste is not fulfilling the mission statement in the agreement made with the City of Troy. "we strive to be the best organization in providing the highest level of customer service with emphasis on building loyalty with our customers and employees", I pay for residential trash pickup on Tuesday of every week. Meridian cannot seem to follow this agreement the pickup schedule is horribly erratic some weeks extended by 5 days. If this is what the City of Troy agreed to, I ask that they do not renew this contract and let me apply to a different service with a greater than 1.8 out of 5 star google review.

This has to be the WORST waste management available. We continuously have skipped pick ups leaving us with heaping loads of grabage for extra weeks. During inclement weather, they have left us 3 weeks without service and denied all incoming phone calls. I understand weather deters the vehicles but how many years have You known we get weather? Figure it out. Invest in better equipped vehicles, MODOT did. You pay for a service and when its not executed you as the consumer are still expected to pay. SEEK BETTER SERVICE!!! WE ARE!

Awful service. This is not the first time our trash hasnt been picked up for weeks. Call everyday and they always PROMISE they will get it picked up. well here's to another week of trash sitting out because the driver of 25 years cant get the truck down the road. Oh btw we have lived at the same house for 8 year and all the other drivers could handle the task

VERY GOOD at being bad. VERY BAD at sticking to a set pick up day. I’ve been in my house over a year, and they have, I’m not lying, yes I’ve counted, they have picked up on the right date with no pushbacks twice. There’s 52 weeks in a year… that’s a 3% chance they pickup on your pickup date. NIce!
