After considering our needs for carpet we went to several area stores. Although they all have carpet we didn’t feel “connected” until we went to Merit Carpet One of Evans and met with Traci. She guided us along, answered all our questions and told us of the process. Within a few days our carpet and installers arrived and did a great job. Traci called a few days later to see how things went. We have been very pleased with our new carpet and the care that Traci gave. We highly recommend Merit Carpet One of Evans.

Traci was awesome in helping my wife and I pick out our floors to replace our carpet. She helped us select flooring without overselling or underselling any products. We expressed our goals with replacing our carpet, due to having a pet and kids, and she helped us make an affordable good-quality choice. She made herself available during the installation process, in addition to continuing to work with other clients, and was very communcative about any potential issues that could arise during the installation process. Great customer service and quick turnaround on installation, even after dealing with a winter storm in the Augusta area.

Gene Fischer is absolutely stellar in three categories: 1. Customer service 2. Product Knowledge 3. Delivery. He worked with our budget and was super sensitive to the time constraints of having to install while our father was in the midst of surgery. He took the TIME to make sure the product that was chosen fit our expectations and personally followed up after John and Nick Lumpkin did a brilliant installation! Seriously if you need carpet Merit One is the place to go. We literally cried when we saw the transformation from a 1970's dark, scarry basement to this gorgeous inspiring place to entertain!!!
