Merit was responsive, requested photos, and answered my questions over the phone. After sending some photos, I received a quote via text, and that was the price charged when the work was done. The price was fair and came with a warranty. Angel also pointed out aging issues on my 20+ year old garage door and said immediate repairs were not necessary but to be attentive to those over the next few years. Overall, great experience, and I will definitely recommend Merit to friends and family members.

Angel is a good guy. Dependable and nice. He replaced the broken spring and replaced the garage motor. A few days later there was an issue with my wifi, I pushed the wrong buttons on the motor and erased the remotes. I called and he came over during his day off and reprogrammed the whole system and remotes. Very dependable. Good garage tech to work with. I would call him again for new jobs and/or referrals.

Angel gave us a very fair price and delivered what he promised. He arrived in time, and did the repair/replacement of the spring like a true professional.
