Merit Plumbing

We called Merit Plumbing to handle several plumbing problems in our house, including one that was in a space so hard to access that another plumber threw in the towel and said couldn't be done unless we tore out the vanity. JJ, the owner, managed it with relative ease, no tear-apart necessary, and handled all the other jobs too. He's cheerful, friendly, works hard and is meticulous and clean. He offered us a couple of options to keep costs down on our job, too. We'd absolutely hire him again and recommend him 100%.

An uprooted tree broke the main water line the day of Hurricane Ian on Wed. I discovered it Thursday, JJ was able to come out the next day and repair it!

Evan came out to our place yesterday to provide a quote. He did a great job and earned our business and our confidence just from the quoting process. He gave us options and his honest opinion. I recommend Merit/Next Level plumbing.

J.J. is prompt in answering phone calls, very helpful, makes appointments and arrives promptly. Knowledgeable about his plumbing business. We have used him twice in our home now and we have been very satisfied with him. Excellent service.

JJ was awesome. We had our 3 low-flow (functioning) toilets replaced with better options. No issues since. He offers a maintenance plan which evaluated our entire plumbing system within our home, including descaling our water heater and fiber optically scoped our sewage lines making sure no blockages or narrowing were there. JJ is extremely personable. He gave us excellent options for our toilet choices. He spent the extra time to protect our home when completing his tasks and cleaned up as if he was never there. As for the scoping, he showed me how our lines looked on the monitor. JJ with Merit Plumbing will be my first call, first choice for any plumbing needs in the future. I even asked for multiple cards so I am able to hand them to my neighbors and local family.
