I wanted to share my story. I lost the keys to my jeep. Looked for 2 days. I was stuck at the comfort suites in port charlotte(dont recommend staying there). But I was referred to mermaid lock n key. Steven showed up within 15 mins. (I was an absolute wreck after being trespassed off the property of comfort inn for no reason except losing my keys and being stuck there for 2 days.) Steven was AWESOME!! He was calm and collected and very nice told me he'd have me in my jeep before I knew it. It's a 2000 model so took him not quite an hr to have me a working key. Great guy! Came by and was able to get everything working even got two keys the prices were good I’m not sure about if it’s normal but for a car and everything it’s good plus he did other things and it was done in the same day and hour i’m happy to pay that price for his skills. Would definitely recommend if you were ever in a pinch.

Steve was great. He installed a new electronic push button lock for the front door, rekeyed the garage door to match the front door and recoded the slider mechanical push button lock. All in a little over an hour and very reasonable rate $. And very patient as my German Shepherd shadowed him everywhere lol 💯% recommend Mermaid!
