Merrell's Home Improvement just finished our project. They put a floor/ceiling in our Living room area. Curtis came to our home and explained what the whole project would entail and made several suggestions. Earl was our project manager. He worked diligently to keep the project on track and communicated almost daily with us. The project was to put a floor at the 10' level of our formerly 20' high living room which would add a 300 sq ft room to the 2nd floor. We were promised to get this done by Thanksgiving which it was. The crews who worked on our project were talented and respectful of our needs. Any bumps were immediately solved by Earl and communicated to us promptly. Overall, we had a great experience with Merrell Home Improvement. We added on a two-story addition to the back of our house and are thrilled with the space and level of quality. Earl was in charge of our project and we couldn’t be happier with his level of communication and effort to make sure we were happy. I think the only frustration point was the timeline, lots of delays due to weather or availability of crew. However, at the end of the day we would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

This is a solid company. Everyone that stepped on our project was polite, kind, explained everything they would do with precision, and then DID the job they came to do. These guys worked in the brutal cold from 7 am to 3-4pm for several days. They always cleaned up after themselves, and delivered a beautiful new outdoor covered patio area, with fans, dog door, and new steps to the house. Earl, our project manager was THE BEST. We had hiccups during this project (none of which was their fault) and he got with his guys and figured out solutions and presented options with cost differentials, so we could make informed and smart choices. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

Had screened in porch put in back of house. Job went great looks excellent. The crew at Merrell was good cleaned up every day
