We hired Merrifield to replace our home's original 1960s wood windows with modern vinyl ones. After getting quotes from a few local companies, we chose Merrifield because they were the most responsive and transparent. Their team was honest, provided clear communication, and spoke openly about real costs. We especially appreciated that they were willing to work with us as we made multiple design changes. I would highly recommend Merrifield to anyone considering a window replacement project. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

If I could I would give them a negative number! Don’t used them. No communication. We remodeled our bathroom and found there was mold on the outside wall therefore we would have to repair and replace our siding. Merrifield Exteriors agreed to repair the wall when they did the siding. 1. We Signed the contract in September, they ordered the siding October, siding arrived in November. Scheduled for the 13-14. Contractors were too busy to come on the 13-14 therefore they rescheduled to start the following week. 2.The sub contractor wrapped the whole house without replacing the bad boards. Requested they stop and replace the boards. They claimed they didn’t know that they were to replace boards. We had to call Merrifield again. 3. Contractors ran out of siding and left. We had Merrifield Exteriors install 2 Provia exterior doors. It was wonderful dealing with a local company near us in Irvington. No pressure sales, better prices than much larger national companies, a great install on our 1934 house, and you have direct contact to the owner, Mark Merrifield, who's very personable and a pleasure working with. I discovered Merrifield Exteriors LLC at the Indianapolis Home Show, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a custom front and back door with custom glass, along with a storm door, and I absolutely love how everything turned out; it looks fantastic! The installation team was professional, courteous, and efficient. There were a couple of minor issues that needed follow-up, but they addressed them quickly and without any hassle. I’m very satisfied with the service and quality, and I hope to work with them again on future home improvement projects. We used Merrifield to replace all the original Pella casement windows in our home with new Pellas. They did such a good job that when we wanted to replace the front door we had them do it.
