From contact to appointment everything was so easy. The issue wasn’t AC related, but the tech found the issue and sent me pics and advice on how to get it fixed. He was super nice and easy to work with. I see why I always see raving reviews on Merritt!

There is no other company you need. These guys have serviced my home and also installed a brand new unit at a fantastic price for me when needed. Never steered me wrong. Even came to the rescue DURING a hurricane when my return pump went out. I'll never call anyone else!

I had another HVAC company flake on me last minute on a time sensitive job. I called Merritt up and Logan was able to get someone out same day to look at the job site and give a quote, the next day they were out early in the morning to get things started. They worked flawlessly with the other contractors on site to get the job done and to make things easier for both companies. The fact that they worked the schedule to squeeze me in might have saved me thousands of dollars in future duct work repairs. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to working with y'all in the future.

My heater went out and I called Merritt to come and diagnose. After checking into my problem, they notified me that the heating kit that I had was the wrong size that was needed, and that the blower motor that I recently had changed last winter by a different company was wired wrong causing the NEW motor to burn up and needed to be replaced again. I really respect their transparency and honesty, and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the work is done the right way! Prices are very reasonable considering this day and age we are in, and I will be calling them for all my needs in the future!
