Merritt Island Air & Heat

Ryan was so thorough on my semi annual service. We switched to Merritt Air from another Brevard County Company 6 months ago and we are very happy with their service. Always professional and not condescending. My new Trane system has reduced my electric bill and reduced the humidity in our house, allowing us to keep the thermostat at a higher temperature. Its very efficient. Every employee from Eddie the estimator, to the installation crew, to Ryan the service technician, has been very presentable, clean and professional. Our AC Unit was going so we contacted a couple of companies to give us a price. All they did was measure our unit and email a bunch of different Units. On the other hand when Eddie came out he did a complete inspection of everything. Eddie convinced us to use Merritt Island, the installer Ray and Matt sold us on using Merritt Island again with their skills and attention to detail to replace and install new duct works and vents. And as expected Ray and Matt did a great job.

I had Merritt Island air and heat come out and do a maintenance routine on my AC unit. They sent a gentleman named Dalton who was very professional and probably one of the best tecs around. he was very knowledgeable and very professional!

You guys had an absolute psychopath driving and cutting off cars on Nova Rd today. This truck wanted to go around me and other cars, almost slamming into oncoming traffic. I would NEVER recommend a company with an employee like this who wants to put multiple cars in danger.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service in Brevard to date! (living here 9 years) Our technician (Travis) arrived first thing in the AM with a hand shake and a smile on his face! Refreshing, to say the least! He was very respectful and knowledgeable about the service.....Our AC drain was clogged and needed a flush, he wasted no time and was done in a matter of 40 mins!! Not sure if you can request technicians from this establishment, but if you can.....ask for Travis! 10/10 recommend Merritt Island Air and Heat!
