I recently needed a roofing company for a repair and found Merritt Roofing through google. I always check the Better Business Bureau and Merritt is an accredited company with an A+ rating. I also liked the fact that it’s family owned. Ray came out to look at my roof and he thoroughly described the cause of the damage and the needed repair. He promptly sent me an estimate and put me on the schedule. Ray is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, easy to work with, and he communicated well throughout the entire process. The repair was done within a few days and I’m very pleased with the way it looks. I’ll never use another roofing company.

Caleb was very helpful and courteous from the very beginning as we were trying to file the claim for hail damage with Allstate. He showed up twice for our roof inspection because Allstate stood us up the first time. Courtney was very responsive as well with the communication process, always answering my questions promptly. I decided to pay for my own roof and it was one of the best decisions for the house. The roof looks great. Everyone was professional. Everything was done within a day. I am very happy with Merritt Roofing. Also their guidance in finding a better insurance provider than Allstate was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Merritt to those who are thinking about replacing their roofs.

Lucky with Merritt Roofing was knowledgeable, professional and was great with communication from the beginning he called soon after I filled out the online roof quote request. He came out on time for both appts and answered all our questions about inquiring if we would have any chance if we opened an insurance claim and he gave us straight forward and honest advice about that. He is a great representative for Merritt Roofing he gave us a great presentation about the company and their Owens Corning shingles and when he was done the estimate was competitive enough we decided without discussion to hire Merritt for our roofing job!! Lucky and his team worked hard the day they came out for our project they were down three people but still did a complete job with great clean up and finished t
