Merry Maids of Anniston-Gadsden Area

So, I actually need to lower my star rating we paid 370.00 for 3 hours of 2 young ladies to clean our house. It’s called a deep clean. They told me it would probably take that amount of time. They won’t take you unless you do a deep clean first. We had about 1100 sqft for them to clean. 2 was an unused guest room and rarely used guest bath. We have no kids. We have 4 Weiner dogs. Our house isn’t that dirty. We need help because I’m disabled. I need my floors swept and most and dusting done. The said in a deep cleaning that gets done. Along with windows cleaned and baseboards fronts of cabinets. I was here when they were cleaning. Went outside because the said they were going to do floors and kitchen. There is no way they did them. Fronts of cabinets still dirt. Fans not dusted. Spots on fl

Mary has done numerous deep cleans on my house and has done beyond amazing every time! Being a new mom doesn’t give me as much time as I’d like to be able to clean my house and she takes that stress right off my shoulders and does an outstanding job every time! ❤️

I used them for a little over a year, almost every month. Decent cleaning for the most part but whenever I complained about certain cleaners not doing as well, they never called me back to schedule an appointment to clean when I requested. They have subpar cleaning people with the exception of a guy they sent here several times. I told them I'd like him and someone who cleaned bathrooms good, to be sent next time. My biggest complained was showers and tubs were lightly cleaned and floors were kind of lightly mopped over. I found dust all in and around my tub and kitchen counters and appliances were smeared after they cleaned them. They always seemed rushed to get in and out quickly. Tristan and Brittany arrived promptly and after 2 hours, my house had received a complete cleaning. The services they provided, along with their professional attitude and sweet disposition, was an added bonus!!
