Merry Maids of Augusta

This was my first time using this service and wow what an amazing job they did. They took great steps to ensure that every area was thoroughly clean. Will definitely use service again. It is November 15th and services from Merry Maids continue to surpass my expectations! I highly recommend their services. We are so impressed with the work provided by Kaitlyn and the newest member of the team Claire. We always provide cash tips to both cleaners. I hope this is okay.

I feel so defeated. Just had a one time clean in a 1,500sq ft house for $350. Not only did they show up 3 hours late but the “clean” was terrible and seemed rushed since it was the end of the day. They didn’t reach around anything to dust, didn’t vacuum in corners or under anything even when easily accessible with the vacuum, and the rooms that were supposed to have been wet wiped didn’t even look like they had been dusted. I asked before they left if certain things had actually been dusted or vacuumed at all and they either denied seeing it (didn’t make sense as they were things like a rug or a window) or said oh no I didn't clean that…. This was a sad waste of money and I’m now pulling out my own supplies to actually clean.

Angel and Victoria did a fantastic job on our office! The communication was clear, and they were very proficient and professional. I highly recommend Merry Maids of Augusta to anyone!

The team did an excellent job with the routine cleaning; however, I had specifically paid for a deep cleaning that was supposed to include wiping down the baseboards, cabinets, and blinds, which was not completed. When I reached out to address this, they offered a $14 discount for the services that were missed, which doesn’t seem sufficient given the oversight.

I’ve always had a great cleaning from Ms. Shannon! If I needed something corrected , I have no problem getting it corrected with Ms. Shannon and the company! Excellent service and great communication with them!!
