I couldn’t be more pleased with Rhonda and the Merry Maids team! They were so flexible with my schedule and my house looked amazing! The bonus was the fact that they have a handyman on their team who was able to fix some things that needed to be done. Highly, highly recommend!!

Cleaned the bathroom well aside from behind the bathroom door and the shower, which they didn’t touch, but that’s about it. They delayed me twice due to staffing issues which deserves sympathy, I did have to vacuum and swiffer once she left and I keep finding more things that I have to clean. Really disappointing service, would not recommend to anyone.
Our tenants in our summer home had moved out and left the place a total mess. I was in dire straits to find a cleaning service on a holiday weekend and Merry Maids in Falmouth came thru with flying colors!! I went online and entered my needs and within an hour Rhonda had text me saying she could have someone there in a few hours. It took so much pressure off of me knowing that we would meet out deadline for showing the house in 5 days. Outstanding job by Rhonda and her team of Merry Maids. I would use them again in a flash!!!
We just bought a beach home in West Yarmouth and we’re nieve rookies trying to rent it out weekly. We needed reliability, timeliness, and quality. We got that and more. The merry maids were doing great. Then we got the vacation renter from hell. Rhonda and Micheal not only do the cleaning but they were the local rental host . They had a few conversations with our vacationer ,and smelled trouble. Rhonda and Micheal went out to personally check the house after they left , and joined their cleaning staff to help them. The place was trashed , the kitchen and bathroom were disgusting. Trash all over the house. Furniture scraped across the wood floor. Bent window screens , Broken trash cabinet. Micheal fixed our cabinet and screen and helped with the sheets. The home sleeps 12 and these tenant
