Merry Maids made everything easy when we were looking for someone to clean our home in the process of moving. I was in contact with Bruce who visited our home to do an accurate assessment of how long it would take, how many people he needed, and the price to complete the job. The ladies that showed up to clean our house were professional, efficient, and above all did an amazing job very quickly. This is the second time I have used their services and I would highly recommend Merry Maids in the Wausau, WI area. Thank you Merry Maids for such a convenient and incredible service! Your staff is incredible.

They do an excellent job, my place is immaculate after they leave. The only downside is price - but you get what you pay for, their service is excellent. I chose to hire their services as I work almost full time and have a small baby at home. Without their help I would not be able to keep my apartment neat.

I'm only given' this three stars because: one I didn't get the service and two it's kind of my fault. I scheduled service and I didn't get it and I had to pay the full price for it even though the maid showed up at my previous address. I should have made sure it was the new address but my phone has a GPS and everything I had all the addresses updated somehow they had my old address. I understand if I have to pay a fee but the fact I had to pay the full price is kind of an insult. I even tipped the maid even though she didn't do any work because I felt bad. Didn't realize I was going to get bent over regardless.

Merry Maids always does a great job cleaning my home. Very friendly staff. They take care while providing thorough cleaning.
