Merry Maids of Dover

The ladies who came were nice and they worked hard. They got here at 8:30 and left at 2:30. I wished they would have had lunch because at first they were very thorough but the last room they did still needed help. I am not complaining - just making an observation. I know they were tired.

Eugenia did a great job. She was punctual, pleasant and did a thorough job cleaning. I appreciate her hard work! I paid $100 for the fridge cleaning, but the deep clean price was well worth it to me!

I had a move out clean the house was empty. I expected better. I thought they would have a steamer to sanitize and clean, I do, but they don't. The inside of cabinet drawers were not cleaned, under the fridge was still dirty, and they had a vaccum, you would think they use it for hard to reach places. They didn't clean 3 of the window frames too well, but they gave me a discount, although they asked a lot of questions for $15. I called to let them know I wasn't pleased. They offered to come out again, but I declined. The lady's were pleasant.

The office staff told me my cleaner would be at my home at 9:30 a.m. but when I called to see why no one had showed up I was told the cleaner wouldn't be here until 2-3 pm. Finally after much pleading the ckeaner arrived at 12:15 pm. I had rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate. It was not a good way to start off a business relationship. This did not seat well with my husband and I.

The maid that came to my mother's house DID NOT follow the little list they have on the website. My mom paid $300 for her (2) bathrooms, her bedroom and kitchen to be cleaned. The maid did the BARE MINIMUM and left the job site with the photos attached. We submitted a complaint and we were told the maid would come back and clean her mess up and she did, BUT DID NOT CLEAN AROUND THE TOILET yet again. How can anybody who works for a cleaning company think this is acceptable? People call for maid service because there is a diar need for it. How the maid thought this was a good job is beyond me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
