The Merry Maids team provides excellent service and a very smooth customer experience! I found it easy to get a precise quote online with a detailed description of services, they followed up with me promptly, and they were able to get me on their schedule right away. The cleaning team was prompt, communicative, friendly, and professional. They cleaned thoroughly and were very detail-oriented. My house was so fresh and tidy when they finished! This is such an incredibly helpful for service for anyone who is tight on time and needs a hand around the house. Would definitely recommend.

We started feeling a little overwhelmed as working parents with two small kids so we decided to sign up for housekeeping services. I am glad we found Merry Maids of hall county, they were very responsive on the phone and answered all my questions regarding scheduling, pricing, etc. The services have been wonderful and we feel more relaxed in our home knowing it gets those detailed cleaned that often are missed with littles in the house. Happy with the results of the Merry Maids, "Deep Clean". I do not have a large home. Nor, do I have a cluttered home. What I do have is a house that gets a fair amount of outdoors (wooded area by Lake Lanier) that gets tracked into the house daily by two 60-80 pound actively, playful dogs. I happen to be a bit physically limited. Not to a tragic extent; but, between hip & knee replacements, in addition to a fused ankle the flexibility that is required to comfortably bend, scrub, wring and wipe (not necessarily in that order) are activities working in concert that are helpful when engaging in the processes of cleaning. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to satisfactorily perform these functions; while my dogs are more than happy, willing and able to keep trotting through the dog door mult

We hired this team of professional cleaners after my wife had an accident. They have done a fantastic job. Very professional very timely and extremely thorough. We would strongly recommend this cleaning team. And they are very nice to work with.
