This service saves lives, I felt so relaxed when I got home to a spotless house and it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulder. My Service Person even cleaned the door framing and the baseboards. What made me trust the quality was that a quality control person came to check their work and ask me if there is anything else I wanted done more thoroughly, such a great addition. Worth every penny for that peace of my mind of a clean home.

The staff is so friendly! Everyone who works at this company- both the cleaning staff and administrative staff- are so kind and eager to please the customers! They are so upbeat and friendly. On top of that they simply do an excellent job! I “white glove tested “ every surface and it was cleaned extremely thoroughly! My home smelled fresh but not strong of harsh chemicals- so whatever they use is great products. Would highly recommend you guys again! Definitely will be looking to hire you again!

I loved my personal cleaners. Extremely nice, professional and most of all got the job done. I recommend Merry Maids over any other cleaning company hands down!!!

Unfortunately, the service I received was less than satisfactory. I was charged $220 to clean 1.5 bathrooms, a set of stairs, kitchen and living room for a townhouse. I had signed up for a monthly service, and when I called to let them know I would not like to continue services they tried to charge me a $200 cancellation fee. Fortunately, the person I spoke with was able to call someone to approve getting the fee waived, but that was after me continuing to express my disappointment. They do guarantee their service, and offered to come out and fix the things I was not satisfied with, but what is not considered is the fact that we then have to coordinate our schedules again to make it work. Overall, for the amount that is charged, I do not feel like the service is worth it.

This maid service is fantastic from start to finish. The maids are not only pleasant and helpful, but they also offer a fantastic communication feature via text. I left a detailed list of tasks for them while I was out, and they were very prompt and responsive to my messages. They went above and beyond to ensure every item on my list was completed, and I returned to a spotless and comfortable home. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon and Dahlia, and they are both absolute gems!
