Merry Maids of Shreveport

You wouldn’t have thought they came to my house honestly. Hired them to do a move in clean and just asked them to hit everything minus my bedroom carpet as I’m ripping it out for renovations. I came home and the place smelled good like they just put pine sol on my living room floors but besides that the kitchen still had dirt on the floor, all my drawers and cabinets still had dirt in them, the fridge hadn’t been touched, my bathroom still had dirt and hair on the floor, and there was still dust and cobwebs on practically every set of blinds in the house. Idk what they did for two hours because the house was completely empty as I haven’t moved any of my stuff in yet. From their site this is what move in/out cleaning consists of “Clean grime from the stove and oven Disinfect and wipe down

Hired Merry Maids for an Apartment Move Out including Baseboards and Blinds. "Maid" a mistake. 1st they were to arrive between 1pm and 3pm, at 11am I was contacted to say they would arrive in the next 20 minutes. Called and they told me they switched stuff around, SO YOU ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT AND THEN JUST DECIDE YOUR GONNA CHANGE IT AND NOT EVEN CALL PRIOR TO SEE IF THAT IS OKAY?!? That was NOT was we discussed, and then their cleaner did not sweep, did not mop, did not wipe down baseboards. Lied that she did mop and was told "sometimes we miss spots on baseboards". EASY TO DO WHEN YOU DONT DO ANY OF IT. I took before AND after photos. Pathetic. I was offered a re clean but due to time limits could not accept. Will be contacting Service Master to file a formal complaint with my
