Merry Maids of St. Augustine

This was my first interaction with this company and my last. The person that showed up to do the quote was 20 mins late. This company over charges for their Deep-cleaning service; $820. I’m pretty sure they do this to secure a contract with you for one year because she offered to lower the price to $420 if we signed on for a year of routine cleaning also inflated. This is a loss leader strategy. And if you cancel then they hit you with the rest of the $400 discount they gave you which is a rip off in the first place. Do your self a favor. Do your research before hiring to save your self some money. I’m not saying they aren’t good at their jobs, I’m just saying that there are other smaller companies that do the same thing for much less. Good luck and god bless!!!

Every surface thoroughly cleaned including; baseboards, ceiling fans, showers, grout, and kitchen appliances all immaculate. I started using Merry Maids of Saint Augustine right after I had my second baby. They did an amazing job deep cleaning the house, getting absolutely everything squeaky clean before we brought our littlest one home. Now Maggie comes and cleans once every two weeks and she does an amazing job, always going above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

Julie did a good job explaining the service assessment and Lisa did a great job in cleaning my condo. It looks fantastic. I would recommend Merry Maids and Lisa to anyone who needs excellent service!

Not terrible however I’ve had a bad experience with two cleaners and when I requested just one individual who always does a wonderful job I was told that wasn’t possible. So it’s a little concerning that when we have had two Bad experiences and still gave the company a chance they’re not really willing to kind of budge and send us the one person that we actually get a really good cleaning from. I even have said I don’t want a refund. I don’t want anything for free. we just want the one lady who does a phenomenal job to clean our house every time and I was just told basically can’t guarantee that I don’t like having multiple different people in and out of my house, so just one person that we would get familiar with would Be nice and not for nothing for what we pay.
