Merry Maids of Wilson & Wayne Counties

I am extremely disappointed with the so-called "professional" cleaning service from Merry Maids. The quality of work was absolutely unacceptable. They failed to clean the baseboards, floors, door frames, window sills, cabinets, and even the restroom. Everything was left just as dirty as before, if not worse. To make matters worse, they attempted to clean an 1,800 sq. ft. home with nothing more than two dusters, a single box of Arm & Hammer fresh scent carpet powder, one magic eraser, and a bottle of window cleaner. How can a company that claims to be a professional cleaning service think that’s enough to do a thorough job? The answer is—they didn’t even try. On top of that, they had the audacity to leave a black trash bag sitting at the front door—showing zero respect for new homeowners.

These ladies are incredible! I had just been through a month of losses, and devastation so they have helped me when I couldn't do it myself. Thank you so very much and if you're on the fence about having a cleaning service, don't hesitate. They are incredible hands down.

Pam and Sarah were great!!! Baseboards, window seals, blinds, oven and frig!!!! They took there time to make sure all little details were clean….. the doors!!! Ready for them to return!! House smells great!! Their supervisors even stopped by to make sure everything was going well!! Very impressed with this company!!! I plan on having a deep cleaning every six months!!! When your husband even comments……you know they are good!!!!! A++++

The staff and service are great. Ms. Naomi is great I'm blessed 🙏to have her in my home to care for it. She does GREAT. Thank you Naomi for caring for my home

We were happy with the cleaning. However, we cannot give merry maids higher than two stars due to their unprofessional manner of pricing/quoting - we received an online quote which decided to move forward with, afterward we received a phone call stating the online price was inaccurate and the new price was more. We still decided to move forward with the cleaning. After the work was complete we received a call that the work overran hours and they wanted more than second price, which was against their own terms since they were supposed to notify before increasing price. Overall displeased and would not recommend using Merry Maids.
