Mesa Moving and Storage: Bozeman

Very disappointed in the movers, didn’t listen to what was suppose to be taken then left furniture outside of what was suppose to be taken. The worker claimed he had back issues. I asked if they could rectify the situation and she flat out said no the do a great job. Terrible customer service.

Great experience for what can often be a miserable chore - moving! We had a lot of “stuff” accumulated from 45 years of marriage into semi-organized chaos. The Mesa crew of 5 made it look far more orderly and simpler than we could have imagined. Awesome job, guys! Recommend any of you unconditionally to anyone doing a move. Thank you all!

Dan and Steven went above and beyond this morning when they delivered, unpacked, and assembled my household goods this morning. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and resourceful. I couldn't be happier with their service and would absolutely use them again.

If I could give them a negative number I would. We had to have all the stuff in basement moved out so that water damage could be repaired. They didn't label any boxes as to which room they belonged in. When they moved the stuff back in, they just piled everything on the living room. When they were done, they left the basement door wide open. It was open for several hours before we had an opportunity to go down and see what they had done. They left some custom cherry trim and cabinet doors on the deck as well as a wicker settee and other items. My husband and I are older retirees and I'm not in the best of health and are feeling very overwhelmed by this mess. Excellent delivery. 5 stars! James and Cortney delivered my recliner, within the two hour delivery window, set it up and placed it exactly where I wanted it in the room. Great company to work with. Setting up a delivery time was a breeze. Thank you for your professionalism. I highly recommend!
