When i called to inquire about a service call, a live person answered the phone, no answering machine. She gathered my information (i was a new customer) and scheduled me for an appointment within a couple of days. Once the appointment was set, I received a confirmation text and several reminder texts of my upcoming appointment. On the day of my appointment, a serviceman called near the end of the day to reschedule my appointment for the next day due to several emergency calls. Once again I received a text confirmation and follow up reminder texts. The next morning, a serviceman arrived and completed the necessary maintenance. I went from oil to propane. Randy came out and explained everything that was going to happen on Tuesday. He sent me info on furnaces and Thursday Joe and Noah installed the furnace ran the gas line and I had heat by 4 pm. I highly recommend these guys are all very knowledgeable and professional.

The technician was excellent. He was neat and explained everything to me. However, $1018 for a job that took less than 2 hours (with my discount) is utterly ridiculous.

Furnace will be replaced tomorrow, but as of now, Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable and I have full confidence in Mesaba Heating and that I will be getting an excellent product. Update: now have heat! Furnace is working great! Had a minor issue once it was installed and they sent (Joseph? I think), as soon as possible, and he immediately found the problem and was very professional and thorough, especially for someone that had to come out on a Friday night. Brandon even reached out again to reassure me that everything would be looked at and taken care of. It's only 2 day, but I am very happy with everything and WARM! Thanks again guys!

Pleased with my experience with ASP Mesaba Heating & Air Conditioning. From scheduling by phone today to getting regular updates via text the tech Brandon's arrival and troubleshooting my furnace issue, they made it very easy and convenient for me. I chose to take the most expensive path vs. fixing my furnace problems for the short term, but I'm confident in the work that will be done this week and will be comfortable in these -30F days in northern MN.
