This parking lot is a scam! Total robbery！ They charged us $60 just because we didn’t pay before leaving the car. There is no one informed us that paying later would result in a penalty. In most parking lots, it’s completely normal to pay when you leave. This feels deliberately misleading and dishonest. Absolutely unacceptable to charge a penalty as just a parking lot.

I was cheated and searched in your parking lot. I parked my car and paid for parking, but they put wheel locks on my wheels and forced me to pay $90. I'm just shocked. This could be a shame and disgrace for you! I'll tell all parking users that you didn't do this and were careful! scammers!!!!!

It was a very disgusting parking experience, it’s a kind of inducing scams. This was the first time we came to Miami, the manager charged me 63$ fine for 20mins we left the car to Whole Foods, I know it was my fault that I didn’t read the sign( You have to pay before you go away), but it was still disgusting. I parked at next building 2 nights, all is pay when I leave, I just thought those are same way. The manager locked my car after I left right away, when I came back, he told me: pay cash or Zelle. It must go to his own pocket without receipt.

This parking is a scam - do not park here. If you don’t pay within 15 minutes of parking (versus after the stay, like every other parking) they put a boot on your car and make you pay $70. This should be illegal.

AVOID! I used this parking once, followed the QR code placed right next (!) to where I parked the car to make a payment of 25USD for 4 hours, Month later I received 90 USD fine (40 fine itself and 50 for issuing the fine). According to their records it turned out the payment was made to another parking they managed (also located in the same building, just 3 flors down). Upon multiple back and forth they lowered the fine. But they did lose me as a customer for life.
