Rincon Fence Supply has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They removed the motor from my gate in August 2025 and then completely disappeared. Months later, I still have no motor, no update, no explanation, and no accountability. I have not been contacted, informed, or given any timeline. Calls and communication are either ignored or nonexistent. Taking someone’s property and then failing to follow up is unacceptable and unprofessional. This company shows a total lack of respect for customers and their property. If you value your time, money, or basic communication, do not use Community Activate. I regret trusting them and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
