Izzy's metal and wood work looked great and still looks great. It's hard to find craftsmen that are any good these days but his work is as good as the old school craftsmen. I liked his attention to detail, the finishes he used and how he blended all the pieces to make something that truly looks like art instead of furniture.

The railing looks great. The employees were friendly and hard workers. The OWNER was unprofessional, rude and condescending. He raised his voice to my husband and I because we were unhappy with the paint/stain results on our new raw wooden steps. The stain was blotchy on the steps, which the owner Iszy insisted was just the way the steps are even though they never looked blotchy before. The lady who he had do the stain ended up fixing it to make it look better, which I was thankful for. We wanted the risers of the steps white and some steps had thick white lines on the dark stained part where the step meets the riser. When I brought this up to Iszy he raised his voice at me saying this is as good as its going to get and they can not fix the steps anymore. He continued to yell and say he ha
