Metamora Water Service

Ground water was coming into my basement through my well pump conduit pipe and Jason came out within the hour on a Saturday. There’s nothing we can do at this time until the ground dries out but Jason gave good solutions to fix my issue. Will have Jason back out soon. 10/10 recommend.

I have had the best customer service with Metamora Well. I bought a burned down house with an old well that was promised to be in good working condition for a new build. Well, it wasn't really the case. I called several well companies to come look at this old well for opinions after normal hours, in hopes one got back to me the next morning. Well Stacy answered the call after hours, heard my story and sent two guys out so fast to look at it. I am going to add that no other well company called me back. Stacy called me with my options and i opted for a new well. They installed the new one, took out the old one, and has provided amazing customer service even when i called two months later to inquire about water testing, she provided clarity, patience, and multiple options. I had 2 other well company's come out both said i needed new $12,000 new well and said this with little to no inspection. Jason from Metamora came out said all i needed was new $1,000 well pump. Did that and runs perfectly now. He saved me $11,000 ...thank you !$!$$!

It was a rainy January of 2026. No domestic water making it's way up the supply line to the house. Made an early morning call to Metamora Water Service. Oh, no problem the very professional lady who answered my call for help replied. The service personnel were on site within an hour. The well was pulled, blown seal replaced and reassembled within 30 minutes. Domestic water flowing in the house by 10:30 am. Very polite, knowledgeable and compassionate team. My well pump went out and I called Metamora Water Service who installed the well 26 years ago. Jim and Jason came out and announced who they were when they stepped out of their truck. I have dogs and they were great to them even though Tank didn’t like them walking off with the pump lol. All out great service. They replaced my pump, cleaned up paid them and left. Happy with the service. I will highly recommend this Company!!!
