We ultimately needed a cartridge replacement, and he took the time to make a quick run to the faucet store and came back later that afternoon to replace it with the correct cartridge. The next day he came back immediately when there was a minor issue that needed a correcting. Yordan was very efficient, professional, and completed the job at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend and would use again in the future.
