Methodist--Texas Medical Center Garage 1

So far, I have an experience with the Methodist Hospital. I’m really appreciate the whole stuff. They are working with honesty and treating like a family. May Allah bless them all the Methodist team thumbs up

I've had 2 family members have open heart surgery at Methodist. The Walter Tower has a spacious waiting area for family members with a digital board that keeps you informed of the progress of the surgery. The waiting area is conveniently located near a deli/cafeteria as well. They have children's books and toys for the kids. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing open heart surgery.

I'm sitting here telling the nurses that I'm having trouble breathing and that my chest pains are increasing. The nurse tells me that my oxygen levels are at 100. Here's the kicker I'm not hooked up to any machines, and no one has even taken my vitals so unprofessional. Will never come here again

The parking garage is located directly off between the Texas Children Medical Center and Methodist Houston Hospital. Entrance and exit of the facility is easily accomplished from here. Levels, sections and parking rows are clearly marked. Parking garage as well as the entire medical center Houston maps are provided free of charge at each levels elevator area. As well as available on line for Google and Apple street level navigation. Checking in and out of the parking facility is done via a credit card. Which serves as your parking ticket. As well as form of payment. Parking areas as well as surrounding center grounds are patrolled and monitored by law enforcement. During evening hours facilities are well lit. like most garages, parking is too tight for full size vehicles... risk for damage is way high.. if we all would just buy smart cars insted of useful trucks and SUV's right?? NOT.. this is TEXAS.. we drive big trucks... not good if this garage is your destination... it's not bad enough your loved one is not well and needing to be treated at one of the med center facilities.. { i wish each and every one a speedy and complete recovery }.. the med center felt they needed to extract every last dime they can from you while you visit them... so, some "consultant" (the brother-in-law to a bigwig TMC exec, im sure) charged the medical center a quarter million fee to recommend restriping the parking slots to a tighter fit to allow 2.674 more cars per floor which means "X" more revenue/profit per ann
