Meticulous Home Inspection

Ray did a home inspection for me back in September and was.... METICULOUS! It was my first ever time buying a home and Ray was just the person I needed in my corner. He took his time (over 3 hours!!) going through the whole house and pointing out everything and anything worth mentioning. Doesn't matter if the detail was big or small he pointed it out. He walked through all of the house with me and took the time to explain to me what he was checking, usual standards for compliance / efficiency, and recommendations for things found in the house. Ray has extensive experience and background with all parts of the home from electrical to plumbing to structural. Ray was very thorough with our home inspection and you could tell he is very passionate about the work he does. He was on time, very open with his communication (which was especially helpful for us as first time home buyers), and he ONLY works for you. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated that he didn't allow the selling agents to pressure him into hurrying his inspection. He's also got a great sense of humor and was very timely with getting us our inspection report. We would definitely recommend him to our friends for their home inspections!

Ray Wilson provided the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen. He didn't just check the boxes; he tested the limits of the home’s systems. He caught an incomplete central air system that couldn't be tested and a hybrid heating system with no air flow at the registers. He also pointed out serious safety issues, like mixed grounds and neutrals in the electrical panel and vintage cloth wiring still in place.
