Poorly made pocket door frames and no instructions on how to assemble it. Called and they said they don’t have instructions for any of their products.
I purchased a French door for may patio. I waited for 4 weeks only to find out the door was not the one that was ordered. The contractor had to put back my previous door after removal during the cold and rainy weather. They not only did not give any discount for the price, seemed very dismissive about this inconvenience. I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service.
I bought 4 EL&EL pre-painted front doors from a retailer. The quality of doors and paint were subpar at best. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get more touchup paint to remedy their low quality painting. Nobody at retailer or el&el is willing or able to help. I would not buy anymore product from this company.
Open at 7 Am unloading time is about 45 min directy go to dock 13 if dry van and give the paperwork to the forklift driver.
Shipping/Recieving/Will Call clerk very friendly and polite!
