Metro Appliance Repair

My review is not about the store. I was actually at a parts store, hoping to get some help about an old washer that I was trying to fix. One of your service techs was there his name is John. Hopefully John gets a pat on the back from management because he spent some time and answered some questions. This was greatly appreciated. Five stars for John.

i purchased a washer & dryer. they were so quick with delivery & the teams customer service is & was fantastic. where i reside the hook was a tad difficult but this place went above & beyond. to help get me hooked & i am so grateful. . thank you all

My husband and I were on a search for a new washer, we came to Metro appliances to see what options they had while we were in Des Moines. We walked out with a new to us washer, and a great price! We will be back for future items and happy with the service and help we received today,Thank you!

Our LG drier was making a serious noise. It was easy making an appointment for the next day by phone. Jon O. showed up on time and quickly had the machine apart and explained the diagnosis. He replaced the belt and rollers and the machine runs great. He was polite, professional, skilled in his work, he had the necessary parts on his truck, and he had the job done in a short time. The cost was completely fair. Thank you Jon for a job well done.

Great experience, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional…from the receptionist, Tracy, to the technician, Jon O. I called for a repair on my dryer, they got me in the same day and the cost was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again! Thank you!!
