I have serviced this laundry pick up and drop off for quite sometime. I try my best to support and patronize black owned businesses even when mistakes occur. And they have often. Recently I’ve had a terrible experience and can no longer use this service after receiving multiple damp items of clothes and covers in trash bags. When I informed them that my items were sour smelling, the very next morning, the only concern of the owner was that I pay her invoice although my items had a bad smell. I tried reasoning with her on rewashing which she said she would do after I paid for the original items that were sour.
