I’ve used them in the past but this time around it was problem after problem. They’re short staffed but don’t want to lose business so they conveniently don’t mention it. I sent a video of the sound the unit was making and the guy wasn’t there long enough to give a thorough review and I had to have them come back out again a week later Bec it didn’t get fixed the first time. Then had to wait two weeks for the part, or so I was told. Not a happy customer this time. Been a few years since their service has been reliable.

Not saying this because I worked there. But the company prides themselves on their work. High quality customer service, and always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Would say they would be my first to call if I needed work done.

Just want to say thanks to Bohannon for showing up to my house within 45 minutes of my call. They diagnosed the problem and found a replacement motor for my furnace the same day. Thank you!
