True professionals! I hired Metro Electric to install LED recessed lighting in a dark family room. Ivan, the electrician, was very patient and kind in helping me select the proper placement for the lights. Ivan and the other electrician worked diligently to install the new lights, and three other lighting issues (garage light, exterior lights, and a broken ceiling fixture and switch).The office manager Gema is very responsive, friendly and professional as well! Metro Electric was recommended to me by the Boatlift Company that I had contracted to install a new boatlift for me. We needed to get an Electrical permit for the new lift connection. From the first, Gemma, the customer service person and office Mgr. was excellent! She was familiar with the process and able to guide me step by step. She facilitated the billing and payment processing also. She did all the communicating, etc. to get the Electrical part of the process done, permits, inspectors, etc.. She kept me informed of the schedule and timing of site visits for the Electricians (all of whom were polite and appeared to be hard workers).
