Landon did an excellent job repairing my garage door. I truly appreciate his professionalism and overall kindness throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained all the issues with the door, completed the repair in a timely manner, and made sure the area was completely cleaned up afterward. When I thought my son hitting the garage after getting his license could get any worse! We just moved into our new home June 2024. I am stressed, overwhelmed, upset, frustrated and emotionally pissed. The service you guys provided is very unfair to me and my family and unprofessional on your behalf as a company. When we met Brad the day of the quote to start the process back in May 2025 of replacing my garage, his presentation was not the same as what was promised. We confirmed with him that we were getting the same door but when the quote was written it was incorrect and all Brad did was shrug his shoulders giving no care stating we signed the quote and that was that. What impressed me most was that he initially came out to provide an estimate for a garage door spring, and by the time he left, I had two brand-new systems fully installed and working perfectly!
