I'm a happy guy! This is going to be a very long review because it deserves to be. Ahmed from Metro Garage Doors just solved a 25 year old alignment problem that was way beyond the previous garage door installer. The builder of my home installed the vertical tracks incorrectly and at different heights making a seal around my garage door impossible. I honestly thought my garage floor or the frame was the problem. I emailed Adam Garage Door 11PM last night and the phone rang 30 seconds later with an offer of an appointment for 10AM -12PM the next day. That is a quick response! They did an excellent job getting my garage door in shape again. Their service was quick, of highest quality and priced reasonably. I was offered alternative approaches to correcting my problem and Mike explained advantages and disadvantages of each of these approaches so I could select an optimal solution for my particular situation.

Don’t look any further. This is the company you want! I couldn’t of had a better experience! Somehow and very quickly, my garage door ended up being on its last legs. I googled “garage door repair near me” and up popped Metro garage. I called them from work. Gave them a time I’d would be home and provided my address. Ahmed arrived on time and gave me a couple options to choose from and proceeded to replace the garage door opener in a couple hours. All without drama. It was quality work and neat. I couldn’t ask for anything better if I tried. I’m going to make sure my HOA has his number and name because I think he’s that good.
