All of a sudden managers and superiors were added to rectify the situation, and even with that, it still took time and a big hassle. I also had one more maintenance appointment left on my contract beyond this original issue, so I booked it a month in advance to finish up and move on. I had a window from 8-12, confirmed the week before, and the morning of. I received an email at 11:30 with them attempting to cancel the appointment. Extremely Unreliable – Avoid for Critical Services Contacted Metro Group 5 days ago about an urgent rectifier issue that has left the elevator out of service—major inconvenience for the entire building. Despite submitting all required service agreements, Eddie kept delaying, pushing this emergency day after day. Totally unprofessional. This company cannot be trusted when it matters most.
