After researching seven different HVAC companies and asking countless questions over several months, Metro stood out from the very beginning. Joe, the owner, was patient, professional, and incredibly responsive, never once making me feel like I was being “sold” anything. He answered every question thoroughly. Josh came for the site visit, and we immediately appreciated their use of top-of-the-line equipment. We chose a Bosch 3-ton 20 SEER system for heating and cooling, and the entire installation was handled with the highest level of care and expertise. The job took two days, and the team returned on day three to turn the system on, install the thermostat, and give us a full tutorial, even though they had been explaining everything along the way. Their commitment to service is exception

This place has terrible customer service. Called multiple times asking to speak with management and never received a call back. Had someone replace our furnace, that was done fine, then was told our Nest thermostat was actually the issue. The guy provided us a temporary replacement and told us we could select any model as long as it was an Emerson and they would cover it, then when we called they said no that’s not true and had to use the model they gave us. Lastly, they installed, and charged us, for three additional vents that do not work at all. Called, and still no call back. Save yourself the frustration, aggravation and headaches - do not use Metro.

Great company and great people. Kevin (who showed up today) was very professional, experienced (~22 years in this trade) and very honest. If I need to do future repairs, I will always ask for him (if he is still around). I am sure other technicians working for Metro Heating are the same as well. Over all, I gave it a 5 stars due to above reasons along with the fact that they showed up right on time.

I hired Metro Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my old central air system. Everyone I worked with was professional and supportive throughout the process, from recommending an appropriately sized unit that worked with my budget, through a flawless installation. Their technicians are highly skilled and kept me informed throughout the installation. They also took extra care to protect my floors and walls, and cleaned up so well you would not have known that I just had a major central air replacement done. Special thanks to Joe and Josh Buccino, and our techs John, Justin, and Kevin. You were all great and my family is very happy with our new central air.
