The crew working in snellville is rude and blocking my business back entrance and when I asked kindly to have them move so I could get out to make deliveries the guy in charge came over and started yelling at me. I have a delivery service and I also have trucks come in with shipments and they can not get in and out due to all the trucks they have in the way. Our neighbor store is a dollar general and they are having the same issue. The loading doc is completely blocked we understand they need to be able to work but we need to be able to work as well and I do not appreciate being yelled at over something that was easily handled by them making a little path so my delivery trucks can get in and out.

I’ve been dealing with Metro Coring for 10 years. I’ve never had a problem up until lately with Scott. He’s become increasingly confrontational. I will never use them again.

I reached out to Metro Koring after we've been fighting a water issue for 11 years. Scott called me, listened carefully to my concerns and told me he would send his foreman out to see my problem live. After his visit, it was collectively decided that the best way to resolve the water issue was in steps. STEP1 - remove the back concrete patio. This is what these guys do best and this is ALL I asked them to do. Believe me, they came and conquered! Patio was removed and hauled away. Nothing of the old patio was left behind - excellent workmanship and clean. Now, Step 2 will be for me working on getting the drainage fixed and this is 100% on me.
