Metro Sprinkler was was one of the few companies that even returned my call to set up an estimate. The processes from beginning to end was VERY painless. I work midnights and they were wonderful to work with around my sleep schedule with phone calls and installation dates. They said they would be here about 9. They sent a message a little before 9 stating they were on the way and they were here at 9. They were in and out in about 2.5 hours and everything was cleaned up and they put back anything they had to move. Before they left they answered all my questions and made sure everything was adjusted they way I wanted. The entire company was personable and a pleasure to work with from the ladies in the office to the installers that came out.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They claimed they would notify me when they were on the way but showed up 6 hours later without a single call or text. When I followed up, they outright lied, despite clear proof from my Ring app and a conversation with the driver, where he admitted he forgot to send the arrival notice. When I called to reschedule, they had the nerve to try and charge me a fee for “missing” the first appointment — an appointment they mishandled entirely. Both the representative, KAT, and the so-called “owner” CHRIS were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Chris was very knowledgeable and honest. Answered all my concerns and steered me in the right direction . Got many quotes was glad I went with them. His crew was on time and did an excellent job. The Forman Rick was very good and the right man for job . Price was very reasonable for a complete installation of sprinkler system. would highly recommend this outfit for your need.

Amazing work by Metro team in installing new sprinkler system. They had the best quote, compared to at least 7 competitors. They optimized the number of zones needed for our large lot, whereas others quoted 18-19 zones, they were able to cover it in 12 zones.
