I manage a large community in the Littleton area and I have worked with Sunland on a few occasions this year. Cillian Murphy is incredibly responsive and helpful! The work they completely was on schedule (that in itself is incredible) and was very high quality. The residents were grateful for the onsite team's communication during significant concrete work. Sunland also did a seal and stripe for the entire community. I was impressed with the way they'd take the time to cone off areas, it was very professional looking. I strongly recommend Sunland!

As a community manager I cannot recommend Sunland highly enough. I have done several large projects with this company and each and every time they have exceeded expectations. During a mill and overlay project last year, one of our residents told me she never witnessed such an amazing, efficient, and coordinated effort in her life. Having a relationship with a company that does what they say they will, when they say they will, how they say they will is priceless. It means a lot to my business when I can get them to one of our properties quickly for both large and small jobs and the work is simply handled. Alex, Cillian, Don and Kerry are all great people that treat Sunland's business as their own. Highly recommend and would give 6 stars if I could.

We are beginning our 2nd project with Sunland Asphalt. The first project was flawless. Our 1st project involved milling and repaving large portions of our senior mobile home park, as well as, repairing multiple concrete pads. Cillian Murray was very personable and exceptional to work with. Highly recommended!!

Glad I finally found an asphalt and concrete company I can't trust and rely on. Great work and pricing is fair. We have been working with Cillian for 2 plus years and we enjoy the partnership with Sunland.

I swear there flaggers are playing games on there phones and not paying attention to the moving vechiles around them. I had to jump a curb to avoid a car coming up the same 1 lane road. Then the next time I came into the community I had to back out onto a main road because they weren't watching and sent cars up the road the same time they sent me down it. Then the flagger on the other side started cussing me out like I did something wrong. (Flaggers had no stop or yeild signs nor did they have radios to communicate with one another. Then when I get home today my entire yard is covered in asphalt dirt and dust, apparently they are unable to use a street sweeper (meaning to stupid to operate) in my ridiculously huge culdasac, so they just blew all the road debris in the residents yards. VERY
