They are amazing! I have been using them for years for opening and closing my pool! I save tons of money with their monthly chemical service!!! Nate is an exceptional worker and will go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about pools! The office is amazing as well. I would absolutely never use another company. Thank you Metro Pool!

Metro Pool Service is an EXCEPTIONAL company!! My husband and I searched high and low for a company that provides custom-made pool covers at a reasonable price. Metro exceeded our expectations. Not only do they have superb customer service, but their prices and quality are amazing. I cannot recommend them enough! They truly care about their customers and it shows. Just had Metro install a pool cover in preparation for winter season. Metro sized and installed. The owners son did the install and did a great job. He demonstrated how to remove the cover in the spring when pool season arrives again. Metro can do full shutdown and startup as well. I’ve had pools for 20 years and if I have an issue these are the guys I’ll call first. We sold our house in May to an individual who has no pool experience. I recommended Metro to him for weekly service and maintenance.

Don’t waste your time calling any one else. We had a pump that was leaking and had several companies come out to fix it. But to no avail it still leaked. I actually had one of them tell me that if it were them they would just let it leak. Are you kidding me. Just let it leak he said. Called Metro pool service. They send Nate a very friendly and knowledgeable young man who not only fixed the leak but also tackled a much larger problem that non of the others would even look at. Thank you Nate. You did a great job and I will always call Metro.
