Hired this company come out to replace my main water supply shutoffs. They were unable to locate the proper valve locally,so I had to drive to Ann Arbor to pick up the part that was not in stock. Ended up on a wild goose chase trying to find the valve. After a few months the valve connection started to fail. Tried to schedule a repair time to coordinate with the city coming out to shut off the water. Mike ended up blocking my phone number because he didn’t not want to guarantee his work.

We called last minute and they were the only company who not only answered their phone, but were willing to come out tonight, rather than wait until the morning. Their rates were reasonable and they did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Dillon to everyone!

I called Metro Rooter spoke with Michael to fix a drain issue in my basement. He sent out Shawn and Adam. They addressed the issue quickly, professionally, and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend!

I can't really comment on their quality of work because they never showed up for their appointment. At first, Mike was nice enough to come out, take a look at what we needed, and give an estimate. We set the appointment. He didn't show. I had to follow up. We set a new appointment. Never showed up, didn't answer my texts... So, hire at your own risk.

Dylan was awesome. Came out same day I called. Had tree roots blocking the main line. Explained everything to me, went over all the options and made sure I knew what to expect and do in the future to solve the problem permanently. He was also great with my barking dog.
