I love this company! They came recommended by my niece last year in August and they did not disappoint. The company owner was professional, polite and trustworthy! I used MSM yesterday 2/23/26. Mr. Randolph didn't disappoint! His guy in charge Gerald and crew were professional, on time, polite and helpful! This company is a keeper! Give them a call!

I used them today after a few people recommended them to me and they honestly did a great job. They were able to schedule me last minute, which was such a relief. They showed up on time and got right to work. I felt like the job I had kind of sucked, moving out going down a flight of stairs and going up a flight moving in, and to top it off it was raining. They worked really hard and they got it done fast. I was really worried my couch wasn’t going to fit going up the stairs into my new apartment, but they pulled it off. Their prices were very reasonable too. It was my first time hiring movers and it took a lot of the stress out of moving for me and it was very worth it. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

I have used SMART MOVES before (almost 10 years ago) and recently used them again. There service was good then and still now. The only complaint(s) I have is the way the owner talks to customer. The tone is too harsh. Also, I was scheduled at a certain time and they were over an hour late. The owner did hand me his business card in a rude way, showed me the estimate he'd written up of my move and stated the reason they were late was due to the move before me that took longer than they'd expected. He then told me my next move would be free and to just give them a call. How is he going to remember that without giving me a written documentation of that? Also, back then there was a handwritten receipt. There wasn't this time. I guess paying for the service via apps does the job now.

I have use them twice for my personal moves as well as my residents at my apartment Community have. They are very punctual as well is professional and courteous. Gerald goes above and beyond making sure the move goes timely and smoothly. I truly recommend this company I have been using them for over two years as recently as last Saturday .
