My dad was a reliable and respectful client of Metro Turf. He appreciated Mark’s work enough to refer him to three of his neighbors, one being me — a gesture that speaks to the trust and confidence he had in their service. Unfortunately, that trust was not reciprocated. He made a simple, reasonable request: to trim under the fence gate so it could close properly. The reason for the request is that he didn’t want the grandkids to sneak out. Same reason why pet owners would ask for the same thing. Rather than addressing the request, discussing any limitations, or even offering a courteous explanation, Metro Turf after initially saying will do, abruptly dropped him as a client without notice. No call. No conversation. Just silence. Mark refuses to answer any texts or phone calls. He proceede
