HORRIBLE, AWFUL, THE WORST. I’d give this company a negative star if I could. They were the concrete supplier for our backyard patio extension and it’s awful. It was delivered in 2 loads which apparently was an error on the subcontractors who ordered it but the loads were mixed differently by MetroCon. 1 load was clearly mixed incorrectly as our patio is 2 toned and one side looks HORRIBLE. Small egg shell cracking across the entire slab, a hideous dark gray color that makes it appear like fresh concrete not 3 month old concrete. After 3 months of dealing with our general contractor the plant owner of MetroCon came out to evaluate it and said “it doesn’t look good but it’s structurally sound” and refused to pay for more concrete to fix it. If it were possible to give 0 stars that would be fair. When you spend your money with a company you expect a little bit of respect or appreciation. Instead we were just told "you only get an hour for delivery either dig a hole for us to dump your concrete in or we will take it back and you will lose the last 6 yards". Then hit us with "you went over your hour for delivery so it's an additional $250 and we won't dump your concrete ON THE GROUND until you pay that". Called the plant in hopes of reasoning with someone only to be told they have bigger jobs to pour and we could pay the extra $250 or lose the concrete. This will be the last time we ever purchase with them.

Dispatch is very easy to work with and knows what they are doing. Concrete is very reasonably priced and of good quality.

I order concrete from MetroCon all the time. Love the customer service we get from them. Highly recommend these guys product for your project.
