Welcome to the era of enshification of everything. This is an example of technology changing our lives for the worse. I don't need an app and a freaking subscription for everything. I just want to park, pay, and go. This is not more efficient. This does not improve our lives. We don't need this. Can we go back to simply paying with our card or cash as we exit, and free parking for the first 15-30 minutes?

DO NOT PARK HERE. I had validated parking from Dish Society, staying for less than an hour. 3 months later I get a bill for almost $60 for not paying a $2 parking fee. The system did not register my validation even though it let me out without payment. Just street park and avoid this place at all costs. There is no service in the garage so the system will not register your payment, total scam. Customer service could care less.

I feel like they purposefully make this garage misleading. You can only pay for parking with the app, which you can’t access inside the garage because you don’t have service. Also, the gate is left open, so you think maybe parking is free when you leave and intend to pay at the gate, then see the gate is open anyways. Clearly they just want to confuse you so they can ticket you and charge you an exorbitant amount of money for parking 1-2 hours. Park anywhere else. At least other parking garages make it clear how to pay the fee.

I parked here foolishly one Saturday because all the street parking was full due to the Saturday market. As soon as I pulled in, I knew it was a mistake. They wanted to capture my cell phone number, my credit card number, my license plate number, and it already felt creepy as heck. I went to the restaurant feeling like leaving my car was a big mistake. While I was waiting for my table decided to go back and repark. Total time in garage 30 minutes. The parking arm was up so I assumed it was free on Saturday and left for a street spot that opened up. Well, it wasn’t. A month later I get a bill in the mail for $2 of parking and 25 in fees. When I called to complain, they reduced it from 27 to 7. This was over a two dollar unpaid parking which had it been more obvious on how to use the parking

Absolute scam of a company. Parked there this weekend, tried to pay with their stupid QR code while in the garage,but guess what? No damn signal down there. So I drive out thinking I’ll just pay once I actually have reception. Log into their portal later to see what I owe for 1.5 hours and nearly lost my shit at the total. Called them up and made them fix the charge, but I still had to pay 10 bucks for an hour and a half of being parked in there. Total bullshit. Shady company with shady practices. Never parking here again, and I’d warn anyone else to park somewhere else unless you want to get ripped off.
