The owners of this lot are pathetic for charging people to use a parking spot after hours when NOTHING is open and no events are going. It’s well known that after business hours parking is free in downtown area. How desperate can you be to charge THE PEOPLE to have access to THEIR LAND. You do not have authority over this land but that goes to show how corrupt the world government and businesses are. Not only that because you are so insanely desperate for money to have ppl pay you for a parking lot you hired the most shady business to monitor your lot and put boots on peoples cars. This company charges outlandish fees and will cause ppl to never want to use this lot. What you are doing as a means to ensure you make money will only end in people spreading the word and coming together and

This lot used to have a kiosk to pay, but now you can only pay on your phone. I texted the number on the sign and got no response, so I thought the system must be down. I was only going to be there a short time and surely they wouldn’t do anything if their system isn’t working right? Well I was wrong! I came back 30 mins later to my car being booted and they said I had to pay $250 to get it removed. The guy said if I had gotten there 2 minutes earlier I could have avoided it, but what’s the difference??? There were probably 50 other spots open, it wasn’t busy, and it’s not like I was parked there all day. $250 for 30 minutes!!! I showed them the text where I tried to pay and it didn’t work and they still refused to work with me. This is a SCAM.

Way too expensive for Baton Rouge. I guess they think they can charge Los Angeles prices, but I will not use this lot ever again. The parking spaces and driving aisles are so narrow and cramped that there is a very high likelihood of damage to your vehicle.

I wish I could give zero stars but the price, my lord so overpriced and like bruh why did I spent 33 dollars for parking in 9 hours special. They were about to cost me 40 dollars for 2 or 4 hours without the promotional event. No price difference between those hours! Ridiculous! Go somewhere else!

Predatory parking lot company. Overcharging and only options to pay for 7 hours of parking or all day. The lot was empty and we came in an RV and took up two spots. There was no option to pay for more than one spot on the same transaction and we didn't think anyone would be concerned as we were nearly the only vehicle in the lot. But apparently violation charges are how they pay their lease. We even talked to the woman who patrolled (they may get notifications of new vehicles, so watch out) and explained bout RV conundrum as us being in one spot. She was heartless. Hope she can't sleep at night: working for such a miserable company. We paid $42 for less than 2 hours of time spent there.
