Never go there to Park your car they are scammers and Thanks God i did figure out at the time during talking to that Scammer Employee and her scammer manager and drive out and found a great Parking in 100 meters. They want me to authorise and put my card details to pay $35 for 24 hours parking without showing exact amount i am authorising to pay. And next day they will charge me as max they can when i go to pick my car they will create the scenario for the over charge payment that date has changed and late fee and blah blah. Save yourself from these scammers to never do business with them.
Horrifically bad. Claim to make so easy. Just enter info, park and go. Lies. They did not charge card ON FILE. Then added $65 in late fees. No prior notification of any issue. Had to pay just to get rid of it. No wonder they are being sued by so many
Most confusing garage ive been in. No attendants anywhere to be found to leave keys. No obvious lobby, when called no one answered. Will not be coming here again
Avoid this place if possible. You have to wait in line for an attendant to take your keys. I waited for 10 minutes at the FRONT of the line without any attendants acknowledging me. When they finally did acknowledge me they asked you how long I would be - why should this matter if I’m paying upon my return? They then take your keys after you park your car because they double park/box cars in. People choose to park in garages instead of street parking for the convenience - this place is anything but convenient.
PSA FOR HOLIDAY TRAVELERS! We came for holiday weekend, and we were not warned about limited hours for retrieving our car — even after specifically asking an attendant when dropping the car off. We walked into the facility to get our car on the morning of out departure, found no staff on site, and the doors locked behind us, trapping us in the garage!!! We called the after hours number for emergency help, and got a voice mail message saying they would get back to us next business day. Eventually someone came along, but no one ever responded to our call.
